Asset Liquidation

As the sole shareholder of STC, the Crown Investments Corporation of Saskatchewan (CIC) has engaged KPMG LLP (KPMG) to solicit written proposals from interested parties for the acquisition of certain STC assets either en bloc or parts thereof.

Primary assets offered for sale include the following:

  • 45 coaches including a variety of MCI 102D3, MCI D4000, MCI D4500, Odyssey, Aero Elite, Stallion 800, and Sprinter Durabus models with ranging mileage, accessories, and passenger capacities;
  • A variety of trucks, vans, ITB trailers and CJAY trailers; and
  • Miscellaneous equipment and other items, including IT hardware, maintenance equipment and office furniture and fixtures.

The assets are being sold on an “as is, where is” basis and CIC, STC and KPMG provide no representations or warranties, express or implied, with respect to title, condition or fitness for use.

Interested parties must be qualified in order to participate in the process and are required to submit their written proposal by no later than 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, October 2, 2017.

Sale of STC Properties - Land and Buildings

Proposals for the purchase of various buildings and land, formerly utilized by the Saskatchewan Transportation Company (STC), located within the cities of Regina, Saskatoon, Prince Albert and Moose Jaw, will be received by:
