SENIORS RIDE WITH STC FOR $15 ONE-WAY THIS SEPTEMBER
The Saskatchewan Transportation Company (STC) has announced the return of their popular Senior Seat Sale. From September 1 to 30, 2016, seniors aged 60 and over can ride anywhere STC goes for just $15 one-way.
“We want seniors to have access to convenient and affordable transportation,” Minister responsible for STC Jennifer Campeau said. “Visiting family and friends or attending appointments across Saskatchewan is even easier with STC’s Senior Seat Sale.”
The standard senior fare for a one-way trip between Regina and Saskatoon is $38.40 (plus tax). If a senior purchases the same one-way ticket in September, he or she can save over $23 dollars.
“We are excited to offer the Senior Seat Sale this September,” STC President and CEO Shawn Grice said. “Seniors enjoy taking advantage of the sale and we look forward to seeing them in our depots and terminals across the province.”
Seniors can find out more about the sale on STC’s website at www.stcbus.com/seniorsale or on STC’s Facebook page at www.facebook.com/STCbus.
Sale tickets can be purchased at any STC agency and seniors are reminded to bring their identification with them at the time of purchase and travel.
